Children serve more than 60 hour per month using online service (e.g. game, social website) is very normal but also parents working life too tied down do not have time to know what actually their child serve online.
The problem came in as now we have lot of search engine (e.g. Google, Yahoo) with all this search result sometime show negative thing to the children they may be curious and chick on it even downloaded spyware or other virus to their home computer.
Parents should have use the software 'Parental Control' to control and monitor which website their child visit and explain to them if found any web is inappropriate for their age. Game plays by the kid should also checked by parents for which appropriate age limit.
Govt have already play a small part by setting age limit for game so is up to parents allow their child to play or not.
Parents play a part in their child life.
